Bewertung Bar:Sekt was nice and the barman was very friendly!
Bewertung Frühstück:The selection was good but I would like to have seen poached eggs and pancakes as well!
Bewertung Sauberkeit:Super clean!
Bewertung Tagung:The conference area was lovely, very modern, bright, airy and spacious. Only criticism was we didn't get the snacks we had requested for the morning coffee break.
Bewertung Lage:Location is lovely, surrounded by trees and greenery, makes it very calm and peaceful!
Bewertung Preise:I think we were given a good rate for the standard of rooms, could perhaps have been even cheaper given the number of rooms booked (36)!
Bewertung Restaurant:Food was of sufficiently high standard for the standard of the hotel.
Bewertung Zimmer:Really comfortable bed and clean and modern décor, love having a kettle in the room to make tea.
Bewertung Service:Andreas on reception could do with some additional training in being service-oriented. There was a misunderstanding over where some of my colleagues had parked (he thought they were parked in the hotel delivery bay) and his manner was downright unfriendly. Also we were forced to check-in at 10 am on arrival and not at 5 pm after our event as we had planned. He gave the reason as being that there was not enough space at reception to store all of our 36 bags. This is ok, but the way he conveyed this message came across as inflexible and unfriendly. Not a great welcome to the hotel! Frau Huckert on the other hand could not have been more helpful, she managed our additional, last-minute requirements quickly and with a smile.

Dear guest, thank you very much for staying at our Hotel. We are glad that you had a pleasant time with your Conference with us and apologize for the misunderstandings. We have informed you that you can use with pleasure the parking place below the hotel which is also accessible threw the delivery-entrance and it not meants allowed parking in the delivery zone. In case of the high occupancy of our hotel with more than 120 arrivals we offered you already to carry out the Check-In for your group in the morning to avoid a waiting period in the afternoon if the large part of the other guests are checking in as well. A large part of your colleagues has taken up this also very positively and still had to prepare thus the possibility on the room and to move. The fact that we are not have acted guest oriented we dont understand. We take your tips to talk about that with our staff. We are apologize for any inconveniences and hope to welcome you soon back.
